This policy explains how Shubh HRM Pvt Ltd processes personal data when you use Shubh HRM, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, optional phone), workspace and billing details (legal name, address, GSTIN), content you upload, and technical data such as IP address, device and sign-in history used for security.
Payment card and UPI details are handled by our payment providers (Razorpay, Cashfree); we don't store them.
Why we use it
To provide and secure the service, bill you, send transactional messages (sign-in codes, invoices, security alerts), provide support, and meet legal obligations such as tax records. Optional product emails can be turned off in notification settings.
Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law (for example, invoices). Access is restricted, encrypted in transit, logged in audit trails, and staff access to customer workspaces is recorded.
Your rights
You can access, correct and erase your personal data, withdraw consent for optional processing, and nominate someone to exercise your rights. Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@example.com; we respond within the timelines required by law.
