Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in workspaces you own, including actions by people you invite and API keys you create.

Workspace owners control membership and roles. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes such as GST, which are shown on invoices. Upgrades take effect when paid, with credit for unused time; downgrades take effect at renewal.

If a renewal invoice isn't paid within the grace period, the subscription ends and paid features stop. Refunds are issued at our discretion or where required by law, as credit notes against the original invoice.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or access data that isn't yours.

Your data

You own the content you put into your workspace. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and back it up to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but it is provided "as is". We may change features; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: support@example.com, Registered office address.
